so whats with locket?

Mostly Id like there to be something to delve into before our dastardly plans for locket become known. So we don't look like dorks yah know? So I'm taking on the lovely A Craft Christmas Market to make me get my pony on, as it were.

Carla...oh ....post something m'dear...go on...

so as a filler, heres wee man at the park the other day, such toddler vigour I tell you! he is sporting a locket Bandito bib and a pair of Finders Keepers shorts, fits those cloth naps/dipes nicely.

sweet child

heres my littlest wee man, in some wears I made him recently. Something sweet for a young lad. Dadad took him to the skate park on Sunday so I could make in peace.

oh yeah baby

just as a precursor to get my ass in to gear....... here are some locket skinnies, super wee stretchy denim jeans with 2D zoo pocket detailing...soon to be available (along with other rad stuff) on  Felt and other such fabbo places like next weekends A Craft Christmas Market on Poplar Lane in Chch, come along and rark my lazy ass up!

heck

its been awhile now hasn't it..
A little caught up in life the last wee while. Chch is returning to normal after the shakin' A lot less after shocks which is super ;)
A little making goin' on in this house. Amidst the clutter that is 'maker/hoarder crafter mama' that is I.
So I just wanted to check in and say that Locket is still about, and will be updating a lot more with something less crap than a midnight post of waffling bollocks such as tonight's.

Here is the littlest doing his thing...truly genetic behaviour I tell you...

what flavour was your earthquake??

awakening in pitch black, being thrown about ...trying to sit up with baby in arms and falling out of the bed. Trying to find the doorway, the other kids. Being on a hill, in a house on a perch. We huddled in our kitchen away from windows and heavy objects, camped under blankets at the back door. Ready to run outside if things slid, but wary of power lines. So much for emergency kits. We had what we needed, thank goodness. I darted back through the house to get things. The boy read his book by candlelight. The girl curled up to nap through all the aftershocks. Little loon had to be put in his carrier on dada, he did not even want his booba. Yeah my flavour earthquake was not cool, too too, scary. Yes some things broke, but we are fine. Our house is sound. Stuff is stuff. Poor old Christchurch, your skirt's been asundered :(

its subtle, but spot the big crack behind the Harbourlight's facade, not looking good.
